S. Subramaniam
Commercial Refrigeration Expert
With over 47 years of unparalleled expertise in industrial refrigeration, cold storage, and post-harvest management technology, Shri S Subramaniam is a highly accomplished consultant in the field.
Known for his extensive knowledge and experience, he has dedicated their career to designing, engineering, and implementing cutting-edge cooling plants for various industries.
As a technical director with California Humifresh Pvt Ltd, he has been instrumental in developing refrigeration systems for pre-cooling and high relative humidity cold storages and Post Harvest Management technology as well.
He pioneered the use of cooling coils to achieve high relative humidity for fruits and vegetables cold storages for better results and greater efficiency.
He has worked on designing and implementing 200+ Cold Storages with Freon and Ammonia technologies. He has been involved in numerous projects across India like those with Mumbai Cargo, Cochin Cargo Center, Halcon Pack House to name a few.
As a technical consultant, he has led many Cold Storage and Freezing Plants projects in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune in India.
With a valuable experience and expertise in industrial refrigeration and a passion for creating high quality plants that are more effective and efficient, with a team of engineers and technicians he started SARI. As a team they have successfully worked on many large-size projects of Post Harvest Technology, Freezing Plants and Cold Storages right from design to execution to maintenance.
